Who is USRA Travels?

USRA Travels didn't start as a business. It started as a family exploring Tanzania together — a slow canoe across the crater lake at Magoroto Forest, elephant herds at close range in Mikumi National Park, and an afternoon inside a Maasai boma as guests of the family who lives there.

Those same trips, taken again and again over the years, became the itineraries we now guide for other families and travellers. We know the trails, the light, and the people in each of these places, because we went first — as a family, long before we ever brought anyone else along.

That firsthand experience is still how we plan every trip: private, unhurried, and led by people who have actually walked the ground in these specific areas — not just read about them.
